Privacy Policy — My Stretch Ceiling
My Stretch Ceiling (also displayed in some builds as “My Strech Ceiling”) is developed by Greta Rupšytė. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.
1. Information entered or created in the app
The app lets users enter project and customer information, which may include a customer's full name, phone number, address, room measurements, drawings, material selections, prices, notes, company details, a company logo, and app preferences.
This information is stored locally on the user's device. The developer does not operate a server or cloud database that receives or stores these project, customer, company, drawing, or settings data.
2. Photos, images and device storage
If the user chooses to add a company logo, the app allows the user to select an image from the device. The selected logo is stored locally as part of the app's data.
The app may request access to photos/media or storage when necessary for user-requested image export or image selection. Access is used only to perform the feature initiated by the user.
3. Files, exports and sharing
The app can create project documents, PDFs, drawings and other exports. When the user chooses to save or share an export, the file is provided to the destination or third-party app selected by the user through the device's standard sharing or saving functions. The developer does not receive these files.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions and purchases are processed through Google Play. Payment credentials are not collected or stored by the developer. The app receives information necessary to determine product availability and purchase/subscription status. Google processes purchase information under Google's own privacy practices.
5. Data collected by the developer
The app does not include developer-operated analytics, advertising, tracking, or a developer-operated cloud account system. The developer does not sell users' personal data.
6. Data sharing
The developer does not share locally stored project, customer, company, drawing, logo, or settings data with third parties. Data may leave the device only when the user deliberately uses a feature such as sharing/exporting a file, selecting a destination, or completing a Google Play purchase.
7. Data security
Locally stored information is protected by the security controls of the user's Android device and operating system. Users should protect access to their device and exported files. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Data retention and deletion
Project, customer, company, logo and settings data remain on the device until the user deletes or changes them, clears the app's data, or uninstalls the app. Exported files remain wherever the user chose to save or share them and must be deleted from those locations separately.
Because My Stretch Ceiling does not provide a developer-operated user account or cloud database, there is no remote account data for the developer to delete.
9. Children's privacy
My Stretch Ceiling is a professional productivity tool and is not designed or directed specifically to children.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app's features or data practices change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are made.
